PRYT One-on-One Sessions:

  • Initial session – 2 hours $200
  • Follow-up sessions 1.5 hours $175
  • Sessions combine:
    • Meditation
    • Supported yoga postures
    •  Dialogue
    • Integration.

Background: As we go through the multitude of daily experiences these events get imprinted onto cells as information and get stored in the body. As poses are assisted and supported these messages and information can be accessed in a variety of ways such as physical sensations, memories, thoughts, feelings or emotions, images, words, sounds, colors and temperatures. The individual has an opportunity to speak out loud about what is happening in their body through dialoguing. Meditation is used to facilitate a deeper inner awareness. At the end of the session, the client is guided through an integration process, reflecting back on the session and creating some action step to take with them once they leave the session.
