This group is ideal for those struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and body image issues who are also looking for meal support. Registration ends: Tuesday, March 22nd.

No yoga experience needed to participate.
The style of yoga I will be teaching is Phoenix Rising which includes ways of moving into your physical body, thoughts and emotions. Postures are held for long periods of time and there is an emphasis both on transitions as well as at your edge of the poses. Breath is also used to invite participants into a more internal space. Blankets, blocks and mats are available.
Because space is limited, pre-registration is REQUIRED to attend EACH group. Please email or call to sign up.
Drop-in PRYT Class Experience
These classes are designed for individuals who may not be able to commit to the 8 week programs or can do them before or after an 8 week program.
This is a 2 hour class that includes:
- 1 hour yoga experience
- Mindful meal/snack (20-45 min)
- Facilitated group process (15-40 min)
- $100
These drop-in classes will have aspects of mindfulness and awareness but will not provide a progressive thematic experience of the 8 week program.
- There is no touching by yoga therapist or other participants.
